All payments made for the following services are non refundable once the payment has been successfully completed:

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment
If a customer is charged more than once for the same product or service, the additional payment received will be refunded after verification.
Cancellation by us
If a program, masterclass, webinar or scheduled session is cancelled by Sujit Paul or the organising team, the customer will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer the payment to another available session or program.
Payment received but registration unsuccessful
If payment is successfully deducted but the registration or purchase is not completed due to a technical issue, the matter will be reviewed and an appropriate refund or access to the purchased service will be provided.
If a participant fails to attend a scheduled coaching session, workshop, webinar or masterclass without prior communication, the participant will be considered a no show.
No refund, rescheduling or credit will be provided in such cases unless specifically approved by the organiser.
Refunds will not be provided for digital products, recorded sessions, downloadable material or online content once access has been provided to the customer.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.
The time required for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment service provider.
